Vasiliy Innokentevich Istomin           Vasiliy Innokentevich Istominour countryman, was born in 1918 in Brjansk, Kabanskiy district. Istomin, at the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, finished the courles and in post of commander of company antitanks rifles, took part in release of the Soviet Ukrain. He was confered upon the title of the Hero of the Soviet Union for the excellent fulfilment of tasks of the command by the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR.
